The MHFT Career Activ8 is a holistic service that will explore young Pacific person’s potential and strengths to set them on a journey to fulfil their dreams and aspirations for themselves and their family.
The aim of the programme is to support young Pacific students stay engaged with their schools. MHFT assists with providing resources such as a device, uniform and or stationery etc to ensure they continue to attend school.
MHFT has been delivering this programme since 2020
